      Dear Potential New Members,
 We are so excited you ventured into our website and want to learn more about our sisterhood! 
As recruitment approaches my sisters and I have been working very hard to prepare for one of our favorite times of year. We are anticipating meeting each and every one of you very soon. Throughout our webpage and getting to know us through recruitment we hope to show you what Alpha Xi Delta means to us. 
Joining Alpha Xi Delta and being a part of Greek life has given me so many opportunities and helped me grow to realize my potential. I have learned to stand up for what I believe in and speak my mind. I became a leader of an organization so near to my heart. Lastly, I found a home amongst these beautiful women I call my sisters. 
Recruitment is about finding a home away from home, and that is what Alpha Xi Delta has been to me. During recruitment I saw the girls of Alpha Xi for their genuine selves, embracing me as a potential new member. The sisterhood that I have found is something that lasts far beyond our time here at Carroll University. We hope each of you can get a glimpse into realizing your potential with Alpha Xi Delta.
