Letter To Alumnae

A Letter from our Alumnae Relations Chair:

Dear Alpha Xi Delta Sisters,

My name is Bayla Waite and I currently hold the position of Alumnae Relations and Chapter Life Vice President.  The sisterhood that Alpha Xi Delta provides is a bond that holds strong during the college years but also for the duration of life.  Getting closer with Alumnae sisters is something that can grow our sisterhood even more and is something I plan to do with this position.

This past fall we initiated fifteen wonderful new sisters.  They are already growing and beginning to realize their potential along with the rest of the chapter.  Many of the newer members stepped forward to take on large positions for the upcoming semester.  We are so satisfied with them and cannot wait to see where the chapter can take them.  We had to sisters graduate at semester and we are so proud of these two sisters, and we are excited to see the journeys they begin as alumnae.

Alumnae members are such a crucial part to the chapter.  They provide an excellent view of a path that sisters can follow after college.  It shows what sisterhood can help you achieve as well as everything Alpha Xi Delta can teach members about themselves.   This upcoming semester we will be having informal recruitment, initiation, an alumnae event, the annual spaghetti dinner and formal.  Our chapter would love to see as many of alumnae there as possible.

If you have any questions or events or ideas you would like to see happen in the chapter, please feel free to reach out to me at akusmier@carrollu.edu.

XoXi,

Abby K.
